Why it’s free
The honest answer.
Arxela is being built to become the UK’s first AI property-management agency.
We’re building it in an order most people would call backwards: software first, given away, so we learn how landlords actually work before we offer to do the work for them.
This is not a preview of something useful later. It is useful from the first property you add: free, uncapped and without a card.
The managed agency opens later. It will be paid, optional and built on the records you already control.

What’s the catch?
There isn’t one on the software. Arxela’s property-management software is free, without a property cap or card. We are betting that some landlords will later choose our optional paid full-management service.
Is my data training your AI?
No. We do not use your property, tenancy, document, message or maintenance data to train foundation models. Future AI features will work over your records to help you, within the permissions and safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
What if Arxela closes?
Your records remain yours. Documents stored in Arxela can be downloaded from their authorised record pages. We do not yet claim an account-wide one-click export.
Will it stay free?
Yes. The software stays free. Full management will be paid and optional when it opens.
Can tenants create their own account?
No. Tenant access is invitation-based and connected to a specific tenancy, so a public signup cannot grant access to someone else’s records.
